Job summary

Clayton Homes seeks a Maintenance Service Technician – Handyman to repair common service issues in manufactured homes and deliver exceptional customer service. You will respond quickly to service calls and ensure repairs are thorough and timely.

Responsibilities include general maintenance, completing service requests, preventive care on HVAC and other systems, and repairing exterior and roof damage. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 100 lbs are required, with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Numerous and varied handyman skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and climb ladders.
• Ability to work in all environments (extreme heat/cold, rain/snow).
• Strong customer relations and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair common service problems in manufactured housing.
• Respond promptly to service calls and complete repairs thoroughly and timely.
• Perform general maintenance to maintain property appearance and condition.
