Monty’s Handyman Services is seeking a full-time handyman in Frisco, TX. You will estimate and scope projects, then perform hands-on handyman work and supervise crews on larger remodels. You’ll also manage relationships with clients, property managers, and vendors while upholding top-tier service.

Ideal candidates have remodeling/handyman experience, strong communication, customer focus, and comfort using tech for estimates and scheduling. A background check and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Verifiable experience in remodeling, handyman work, or general construction.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use technology for estimates, scheduling, and communication.
• Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and scope handyman/remodeling jobs.
• Perform hands-on handyman work (excluding licensed trades).
• Manage subcontractors and oversee quality on larger projects.
• Serve members with routine maintenance and repairs.
• Build relationships with property managers and vendors.
• Collaborate with third-party referral partners.
• Attend weekly team meetings and trainings.
• Represent Monty's with pride, integrity, and professionalism.
