Monty’s Handyman Services Frisco–Plano is seeking a Service Technician to deliver high-quality handyman, maintenance, and light repair work to homeowners across Frisco, Plano, and McKinney. Join a small team and grow with a company expanding across the DFW area.

You will diagnose real problems, perform work cleanly, document activities, and communicate professionally with customers throughout each job. Immediate start with paid onboarding and training. Vehicle provided and ramp bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on handyman or maintenance experience.
• Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail; leave jobs clean.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of handyman, maintenance, and light repair work on residential and light commercial projects.
• Diagnose problems, complete work cleanly, and ensure customer confidence.
• Document work in the system and communicate professionally with customers.
• Support Lead Technician on larger jobs and flag additional work for follow-up.
