Honey Homes is hiring the best handymen to service a dedicated territory across Dallas, TX, Austin, TX, Chicago, IL, San Francisco, CA, San Jose, CA, Berkeley, CA, San Rafael, CA, Lafayette, CA, Palo Alto, CA, Santa Monica, LA. You will repair and maintain 40–50 homes with a steady, home-close schedule.

Compensation includes $31–$40/hour plus equity, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, generous time off, full benefits, mileage reimbursement, and growth opportunities as we expand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience required.
• Skilled across multiple trade areas under and learning from skilled tradespeople.
• Prior work as maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician strongly preferred.
• Experience in residential home repair and upkeep across multiple trade areas.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability — can independently assess and fix most issues in a home.
• Attention to detail (clean caulk lines, professional patching, and painting).
• Customer-friendly attitude — great listener, strong communicator, proactive.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license; tools required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work on ladders/scaffolding up to 12 feet.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential home repair and maintenance across multiple trades.
• Carpentry (doors, trim, framing, repairs); painting and drywall patching.
• Plumbing (toilets, faucets, minor pipe repairs); electrical (fixtures, outlets); smart home device installation.
• Work with homeowners to manage 40–50 homes within a small territory.
• Provide outstanding customer service and become the trusted handyman for each home.

What You’ll Do
