Monty’s Handyman Services in Keller, TX is hiring a full-time handyman to install trim and drywall, estimate projects, and lead crews on larger remodels. You’ll deliver top-tier home repairs and manage client relationships with vendors as the face of Monty’s.

You’ll collaborate with subcontractors, perform routine maintenance for members, and maintain a high standard of customer service while using technology for estimates and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Clean driving record (required to operate company vehicle).
• Verifiable experience in remodeling, handyman work, or general construction.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using technology for estimates, scheduling, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and scope out handyman and remodeling jobs
• Complete hands-on handyman work (excluding licensed trades like electrical and plumbing)
• Manage subcontractors and oversee quality on larger projects
• Perform work for our membership program clients (routine maintenance and repairs)
• Drop off folders and build relationships with property managers and condos
• Collaborate with third-party referral partners
• Attend weekly team meetings and training
• Represent Monty's with pride, integrity, and professionalism
