Qualifications

• Interested in pursuing a career in manufacturing or a similar technical field.
• Willingness to work with hand and power tools.
• Basic PC literacy; SAP is a plus but not required.
• Interest in learning to read drawings, schematics, and published specifications.
• Flexibility with work schedules and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Review HS2 documentation daily and understand safety requirements.
• Follow safety requirements including PPE and BAM procedures.
• Support daily production targets related to quality, volume, and efficiency while learning processes.
• Inspect parts, assemblies, and systems using work instructions and drawings.
• Verify calibrated tooling prior to use and follow quality procedures.
• Assist with leak testing and basic troubleshooting of leak test failures.
• Report issues to supervisors and seek guidance as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 6S standards.
• Participate in training to build technical skills for the Technician role.
