You will assist with troubleshooting, participate in corrective actions, and learn Kanban and 6S standards, contributing to a collaborative, safety‑minded team in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Interest in pursuing a career in manufacturing or a similar technical field.
• Willingness to learn to work with hand and power tools.
• Basic PC literacy; SAP is an advantage but not required.
• Interest in reading drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Willingness to work shifts and show flexibility with schedules.

Responsibilities

• Review HS2 documentation and safety requirements.
• Learn safety procedures and proper PPE use.
• Support daily production targets while learning processes.
• Inspect parts, assemblies, and systems per instructions.
• Verify tooling and follow quality procedures.
• Assist with leak testing and basic troubleshooting.
• Follow company policies and complete tasks.
• Report issues to supervisors and seek help.
• Maintain clean, organized work area per 6S standards.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
