Job summary

Viron International is seeking an experienced Welding Shop Supervisor for the second shift in Temple, Texas. This hands-on role requires active TIG welding and fabrication alongside a team while leading daily workflow, safety and productivity.

The ideal candidate will be a strong welder with 2–3+ years of manufacturing leadership. Read blueprints, measure parts, and coach staff in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on TIG welding experience required.
• Experience welding and fabricating stainless steel preferred.
• 2–3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read a tape measure, blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
• Comfortable coaching employees and addressing performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Welds alongside team on a daily basis, guiding production flow.
• Assigns and prioritizes work to keep the department productive.
• Identifies bottlenecks and supports problem resolution.
• Provides hands-on guidance and technical support to welders.
