Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environments.
• Experience leading production teams in fabrication environments.
• Strong understanding of welding, fitting, and metal fabrication processes.
• Knowledge of MIG and Flux-Core welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing specifications.
• Proven track record of achieving production goals while maintaining safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead second shift operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery objectives.
• Supervise, coach, and develop fabrication and welding teams supporting manufacturing operations.
• Hold employees accountable for performance, attendance, safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
• Monitor workflow and address staffing, equipment, material, and production issues to maintain schedules.
• Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations to remove obstacles and keep production on track.
• Ensure work conforms to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Maintain a visible presence on the production floor and provide hands-on leadership.
• Use production metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive results.
• Support a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
