Qualifications

• Must have solid warehouse experience and ability to take responsibility in a busy operational environment.
• Experience as Team Leader, Senior Warehouse Operative, Warehouse Supervisor or similar coordinating colleagues is relevant.
• Good communication, attention to detail and basic computer literacy are important.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse priorities and allocate work across the team.
• Support receipt, checking, preparation and dispatch of equipment.
• Ensure returned items are processed for future use and stock is accurate.
• Maintain stock and system data; ensure equipment stored correctly and available when needed.
• Identify damaged or unsuitable items and handle appropriately.
• Support stock control and flag shortages or operational needs.
• Provide guidance and practical support to warehouse colleagues.
• Help new or less experienced staff develop knowledge of procedures.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation and health and safety.
