Job summary

ProDriven Global Brands is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor onsite to lead daily warehouse operations and labor across three shifts. You will ensure safety, accuracy, and on-time shipping while coordinating with carriers and maintaining documentation and SOPs.

The role requires 3–5+ years in warehousing, 2 years in leadership, and strong knowledge of shipping/receiving, with ERP visibility system familiarity. Onsite collaboration and process improvement are core to this position.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• 2 years of leadership experience (Team Leader, Supervisor).
• Solid understanding of shipping, receiving, and warehousing processes is required.
• Familiarity with the ERP Visibility system and PC proficiency.
• Strong team building, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily warehouse operations and manage hourly labor.
• Create work plans for three shifts (TL, LTL, FP, Wood Area).
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, and on-time shipping; take corrective action.
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure efficient outbound flow and timely documentation.
• Oversee labeling, packaging, and compliance with customer/regulatory requirements.
• Maintain safety, OSHA compliance, and equipment maintenance.
• Develop SOPs for shipping and warehouse activities and train staff.
• Track KPIs related to shipping productivity and communicate results.
