Job summary

Mechanical One in Palm Bay, FL is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure accurate, timely movement of materials for plumbing and electrical installs.

You will supervise staff, coordinate warehouse flow, operate forklift as needed, maintain records, and uphold safety and quality standards across all receiving, storage, and shipping activities. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn product codes and terminology quickly.
• Understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Analytical skills for inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Controls warehouse inventory and maintains database(s).

• Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets as needed.

Our warehouse supervisor:

• Controls warehouse inventory and maintains database(s).


• Coordinates and schedules the movement of inventory throughout the warehouse for Plumbing and Electrical Installs.


• Manages daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments.


• Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed.


• Operates forklift truck as needed.


• Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.


• Performs other related duties as directed.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must have 3 years of proven leadership experience.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Decision making skills and emotional intelligence.


• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.


• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.


• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.


• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.


• Must be able to pass a drug test.
