Job summary

Gerber Childrenswear LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse activities across receiving, picking/packing, and shipping. You will manage staffing, space utilization, equipment, and safety programs to deliver exceptional customer service and efficiency.

You will coordinate with traffic, replenishment, inventory, IT, and HR, drive improvements, supervise supervisors, and ensure accurate inventory and data in the WMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; master’s degree a plus.
• 5–7 years of planning and management experience in distribution or supply chain.
• Experience with warehouse operations and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations including staffing, safety, and housekeeping.
• Coordinate inbound, picking, order assembly, and shipping.
• Develop programs to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and data integrity in the WMS.
• Prepare end-of-day and shift reports.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe operations.
