Job summary

Mechanical One, LLC is seeking a capable Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in Palm Bay, FL. You will oversee inventory, coordinate movement of goods for installations, and ensure efficient storage utilization.

The role requires 3 years of leadership experience, strong communication, and a readiness to operate a forklift while maintaining accuracy in reports and procedures.

Qualifications

• 3 years of proven leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; decision making and emotional intelligence.
• Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Controls warehouse inventory and maintains database(s).
• Coordinates and schedules the movement of inventory throughout the warehouse for Plumbing and Electrical Installs.
• Manages daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments.
• Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed.
• Operates forklift truck as needed.
• Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.
• Performs other related duties as directed.
