Qualifications

• Minimum three years of leadership experience in a warehouse.
• Minimum three years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to respond to requests promptly.
• Able to lead a diverse workforce and develop employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team performance and retention, through coaching and ensuring appropriate employee training.
• Hire, onboard, and train new team members to meet staffing demands.
• Execute plans to meet objectives in Safety, Service, Profitability, and Development.
• Partner with internal resources and customers for successful account management.
• Manage safety-related actions, inspections, and security procedures.
