Job summary

WSI (Warehouse Specialists, LLC) is seeking a hands-on Facility Manager to lead warehousing and distribution operations. This full-time salaried role reports to the Director of Operations and focuses on safety, quality, productivity, and profitability while spending ~40% on the warehouse floor to support daily operations and continuous improvement.

You will coach, train, and build a strong team, ensuring staffing aligns with customer demand and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years of leadership experience.
• Minimum three years in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the warehouse team to meet safety, quality, productivity targets.
• Hire, onboard, and train staff to meet demand.
• Drive plans to achieve safety, service, profitability, and development goals.
• Partner with internal resources and customers for account management.
• Oversee safety actions, inspections, and security procedures.
• Ensure regulatory SOP compliance.
• Foster LEAN culture through continuous improvement.
• Analyze financial and productivity reports to control expenses.
• Review facility methods and stay updated on safety and ops changes.
