Job summary

Greenworks in Spanish Springs, NV is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the Shipping team, ensure accuracy, safety and compliance, and collaborate with other departments. The role emphasizes on-floor leadership, use of RF devices, and managing international and hazardous material shipments.

This position requires a strong focus on safety and process improvement. Candidates need 3+ years in distribution/shipping, SAP/S4 proficiency, and excellent communication; HS diploma required;

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in distribution/shipping environment.
• Experience with SAP/SAP S4 and WMS.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced operation.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs a group of parcel Quality Auditors.
• Investigates and reports on daily quality issues.
• Spends ~75% on the warehouse floor coaching and developing the team.
• Assign daily tasks based on team member skills.
• Maximize efficiency using RF guns in all areas.
• Ensure quality checks are performed at packing stages.
• Work in the WMS for data retrieval and problem resolution.
• Provide input to improve processes for efficiency.
• Ensure correct shipment of international and hazardous material orders.
• Monitor Inventory Control and productivity; adjust as needed.
• Respond to and resolve customer complaints in Zendesk.
• Hold team accountable for attendance and performance.
• Act as backup for receiving when needed.
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
