Job summary

LOGISTEED America, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Lead at our Jackson, GA facility to drive daily warehouse operations.

You will work with the Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate workflow, direct activities, train associates, and support a safe, productive operation. The ideal candidate has at least one year of warehouse or logistics experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to coach and develop team members while maintaining quality and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and support team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct daily work assignments for an assigned team.
• Support inbound, outbound, and inventory control operations.
• Assist in achieving productivity, quality, safety, and inventory accuracy goals.
• Train and onboard new associates on operational processes and procedures.
• Cross-train team members to support operational flexibility.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and company policies.
• Monitor workflow and communicate priorities to team members.
• Promote a positive team environment and lead by example.
