Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Strong data entry and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment background and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Process and route customer shipments using approved carriers and transportation methods.
• Ensure shipments are assigned the correct service level and delivery priority.
• Utilize WMS to manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and order transactions.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and transportation records.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve routing or shipping discrepancies.
• Enter, review, and maintain operational data and reports.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports using Excel.
• Support daily warehouse operations by coordinating shipment priorities and workflow.
• Research inventory and shipment activity within multiple systems.
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Assist supervisors with administrative and operational tasks.
• Cross-train in warehouse functions and assist with activities when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
