Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a warehouse team on a first shift (Tuesday–Friday, 6:00am–4:30pm) in Georgia.

The role requires 2 years of warehouse experience and 1 year of supervisory responsibility, with SAP and WMS proficiency to ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment. You will coach staff, coordinate workload, train teammates, and uphold safety and company policies while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Train and coach the warehouse team; provide development opportunities.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and support warehouse management as needed.
• Track orders, investigate issues, and ensure compliance with policies.
