Job summary

Soni seeks an experienced Director of Treasury & Shared Financial Services to lead treasury operations and shared financial functions, driving process improvements and automation across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive leadership in treasury management, accounts payable/receivable, and ERP system optimization, plus a track record of delivering operational excellence in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Treasury or Shared Services.
• Experience managing Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable in a complex org.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity, and forecasting.
• Experience with ERP systems, especially Oracle-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury operations including cash management, liquidity planning, forecasting, banking relationships, and intercompany funding.
• Oversee shared financial services (AP and AR) ensuring high-volume, accurate processing.
• Manage financial systems, workflows, and tech initiatives to improve efficiency and automation.
• Develop KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with finance, accounting, IT, and leaders on strategic initiatives and system enhancements.
• Lead and mentor teams fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Manage multiple priorities and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
