Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years in traffic control and safety, with direct crew work.
• Proven supervisory or management experience.
• Strong financial literacy and proficiency with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch production, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Manage shop activities, customer relations, and job site operations.
• Coordinate with estimating teams on capacity planning and critical path issues.
• Work with accounting on revenue recognition, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Travel as needed for project oversight and branch operations.
