Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in traffic control and safety.
• Minimum 10 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong understanding of state regulations for traffic control devices and materials.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; Viewpoint software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crews and equipment in remote locations to meet customer expectations.
• Interact with municipalities and customers; manage permits and compliance.
• Develop employee schedules and manage labor needs.
• Plan and schedule projects for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across branch operations.
• Coordinate with estimating teams on capacity planning.
• Support revenue recognition, forecasting, and reporting.
• Travel as needed for project oversight and branch operations.
