The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in product or textile design, proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre, and a strong knowledge of textiles and soft goods.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum of experience in product design, textile design, home design, or a related field.
• Experience with hard bath goods is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in textiles and soft‑goods construction.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of taking ownership of projects.
• Comfortable managing multiple brands, projects, and seasonal timelines.

Responsabilités

• Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and other soft home products.
• Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways.
• Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and product construction details.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories.
• Review samples, strike‑offs, and lab dips and manage revisions and approvals.
• Collaborate closely with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams.
• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
