You will monitor tests, document findings, run test scripts, and assist with minor repairs. A strong eye for detail and readiness to learn safety protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits.
• Comfortable with teardown/inspection and spotting anomalies.
• Strong communicator who flags issues clearly.
• Must complete HV/LV safety training and respect around electronics.
• Experience building test harnesses.
• Experience operating environmental chambers and test equipment.
• Ability to read basic electrical schematics.
• Experience with home batteries, solar, or home electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ongoing testing.
• Take pre- and post-test photos and inspect DUTs with training.
• Run test scripts, swap equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Support offsite testing and tag DUTs; manage post-test inventory.
• Keep test benches, equipment and labels organized; maintain lab cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory of lab equipment and order more as needed.
• Flag equipment issues or process improvements to the engineering team.
