We expect 3+ years delivering software within an engineering team, with frequent releases and strong collaboration with developers, not external vendors. You will triage, unblock, and coordinate releases to keep delivery on track.

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced SaaS environment with frequent releases
• Experience turning backlog into actionable work and shipping results
• Strong communication skills and bias for action

Responsibilities

• Own the ticket pipeline: triage, scope, assign and prioritise tickets from multiple sources
• Own prioritisation with Engineering leadership to determine what happens now vs. later
• Work inside the Engineering workflow across tickets, sprints, QA, staging and production
• Unblock engineers quickly by chasing information, decisions or dependencies
• Own delivery follow-up by proactively pursuing actions and outstanding decisions
• Own releases: coordinate what goes out, ensure testing and documentation
• Maintain the changelog with accurate release information
• Translate technical progress into concise updates for Product, Sales, Support and leadership
