Jolly Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager / Technical Program Manager to lead SaaS applications initiatives in San Mateo, CA. You will own end-to-end delivery across multiple projects and coordinate across engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to align on priorities.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing multiple concurrent software projects and releases.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies and release management.
Experience coordinating web and mobile app releases.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery schedules across multiple projects.
Plan, coordinate, and track monthly release cycles across platforms.
Maintain detailed project plans, timelines and dependencies.
Coordinate cross-team deliverables with engineering, QA and DevOps.
Drive release readiness activities including code freeze and deployment scheduling.
Ensure builds and deployments are timely with high quality.
Coordinate with DevOps for stable releases.
Run daily/weekly project syncs and sprint planning meetings.
Identify risks and blockers early; drive resolution.
Provide status updates to leadership.
Handoff between development, QA, and DevOps.
Improve communication across distributed teams.
Refine SDLC, release workflows, and project tracking.
Introduce best practices for high-frequency multi-platform releases.
Optimize Jira dashboards and reporting.
Standardize release checklists and playbooks.
Work with Azure DevOps to improve CI/CD pipeline efficiency.
