Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Williamson, NY seeks a Summer 2027 Production Intern to support development of Standard Work Instructions across safety, quality, and productivity. You’ll work on the production floor with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and EHS, documenting best practices and ensuring procedures reflect real methods.

The role emphasizes professionalism, initiative, and accountability, with hands-on learning, project ownership, and collaboration with senior site leadership.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and pursuing hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop SWIs to improve safety, quality, and productivity on the production floor.
• Observe processes and gather information from operators to document best practices.
• Verify instructions with employees to ensure accuracy and executability.
• Document equipment operation, changeovers, inspections, and quality checks.
• Audit existing docs and propose clarity and standardization improvements.
• Utilize MS Office and plant systems to organize process documentation.
• Support CI initiatives to reduce variation and strengthen controls.
• Engage staff across functions to capture and reflect actual work methods.
