Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in Williamson, NY is seeking a Fall 2027 Production Co-op to help develop and implement Standard Work Instructions that improve safety, quality, and productivity on the production floor. You will observe processes, engage operators, and document best practices with guidance from Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and EHS.

This paid, full‑time co‑op runs July 12–December 10, 2027, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, in person.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing Leadership, Food Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Completed at least two full years of undergraduate study prior to the start of the co‑op.
• Available to work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop Safety, Quality, and Production SWIs to improve First-Time-Right execution and standardization.
• Observe processes on the production floor and document work practices from operators, technicians, and supervisors.
• Verify and validate work instructions with employee engagement and process confirmation.
• Document equipment operation, changeovers, inspections, and quality checks.
• Audit existing documentation to improve clarity, usability, and process compliance.
• Build process knowledge through direct observation and hands-on learning.
• Use Microsoft Office tools to organize and present process documentation.
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives to reduce variation and strengthen process control.
• Engage personnel across functions to capture best practices and reflect actual methods.
