Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Williamson, NY is seeking a Fall 2027 Production Co-op to support the development and implementation of Standard Work Instructions that boost safety, quality, and productivity on the production floor.

You will work with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and EHS, observe processes, document best practices, and help ensure procedures are accurate and executable—while gaining hands-on manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program (Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing Leadership, Food Science, or related technical discipline) prior to start.
• Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, active listening, and professional written/spoken communication.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop SWIs to improve First-Time-Right execution and standardize tasks.
• Observe processes and collect information from operators to document work practices.
• Verify instructions through engagement and process confirmation.
• Document equipment operation, changeovers, inspections, and quality checks.
• Audit existing docs and identify clarity and usability improvements.
• Build process knowledge through on-the-floor learning.
• Utilize MS Office and plant information systems to organize documentation.
• Support continuous improvement by reducing variation and strengthening control.
• Engage employees to capture best practices and reflect actual methods.
