Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Bloomington, MN. You’ll assist in operating a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive toward financial and guest-satisfaction goals. A 3+ week leadership training program and ongoing development help you grow into management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations and manage associates to meet financial goals.
• Hire, coach, and direct staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a multi-week leadership training program.
