Job summary

Intelliguard, a healthcare tech innovator, seeks a Software Development Team Lead in Columbus, OH. You will be a hands-on technical leader, writing production-grade code and guiding architecture across React/TypeScript frontend and Node.js/Python backend services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
• Professional experience with Node.js and Next.js.
• Experience developing backend services and APIs.
• Experience with Python and Python-based applications.
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases.
• AWS cloud applications experience.
• Understanding of scalable, secure, reliable architectures.
• Experience with REST APIs and modern web architectures.
• Git and modern software practices.

Responsibilities

• Spend meaningful time writing production-quality code.
• Build new features from concept to production.
• Develop reusable React components and scalable front-end architecture.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js, Next.js, and Python.
• Work with SQL and PostgreSQL for data models and queries.
• Design and maintain AWS cloud-hosted applications.
• Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor engineers.
• Conduct meaningful code reviews and improve code health.
• Establish testing, CI/CD, and documentation practices.
