Intelliguard is seeking a Software Development Team Lead in a hands-on, player-coach role based in the United States. You will design, develop, and evolve our cloud-based platform, mentoring engineers while writing production-quality code across React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and AWS.

You’ll drive scalable architecture, CI/CD, and best practices with a small, collaborative team. Join us to lead critical initiatives, partner with product and UX, and shape the engineering culture to deliver

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong professional experience building applications with React and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with JavaScript and modern JavaScript development.
• Professional experience with Node.js and Next.js.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Development: write production-quality code and build features from concept to production.
• Develop reusable React components and front-end architecture for scalability.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs with Node.js, Next.js, and Python.
• Work with SQL and PostgreSQL to model data, queries, and integrations.
• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-hosted applications using AWS.
