Job summary

You will guide a small team of engineers while actively contributing to code, architecture, testing, and reviews. You will lead sprint planning, architectural discussions, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, QA, DevSecOps, and Security to deliver secure, scalable healthcare software solutions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Hands-on contributor with leadership responsibilities.
- Experience with full-stack web technologies (React, Node.js, TypeScript).
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL and API design (GraphQL).
- Experience mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews.
Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on engineering efforts while guiding a small team (3–6 engineers).
- Participate in sprint planning, technical reviews, and delivery planning.
- Design, implement, test, and review features with a focus on quality and scalability.
- Mentor engineers, coach performance, and drive career development.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, DevSecOps, and Architecture.
