Rockway Exhibits + Events is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end booth execution from intake to dismantle. You will coordinate across Estimating, CAD/Detailing, Graphics, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Freight, and Account Management to ensure on-time, on-budget builds that meet client specs.

This role requires hands-on production floor engagement, strong reading of drawings, and proactive problem solving to prevent delays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in trade show exhibits or similar build environments.
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings, setup drawings, and graphic layouts.
• Experience juggling multiple booths with tight timelines and overlapping schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with account managers, detailers, shop leads, vendors, and crews.

Responsabilités

• Own project intake from Account Manager, capture client specs, budget, dates, and booth description.
• Oversee constructability, review drawings with CAD/Detailing and shop to prevent build issues.
• Manage cost and procurement, track orders and update production schedules.
• Oversee production with regular inspections, confirm graphics QC, and communicate changes.
• Lead pre-build walkthroughs, document deficiencies, and authorize dismantle/packing.
• Coordinate show floor readiness and ensure proper documentation and photos.
