Job summary

Spektrum seeks an experienced Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform professional to support Allied Command Transformation (ACT) and the CAPDEV program in Norfolk, VA. You will configure, develop, test, and deploy solutions; work with CAPDEV process owners to digitize workflows; and help replace spreadsheet-driven processes with structured digital workflows.

This role requires hands-on delivery of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate, plus strong information

Qualifications

Hands-on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform configuration or development in the last 24 months.
Two years of SharePoint Administration and Information Architecture experience.
Two years Power Apps development with multiple applications.
Two years Power Automate development with workflows.
Experience integrating SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate in one solution.
Business process analysis and requirements elicitation with users.

Responsibilities

Support CAPDEV organizations with administration, configuration, development, and sustainment of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform solutions.
Collaborate with CAPDEV process owners, operational users, analysts, managers, and information stakeholders to understand existing work and information flows, identify user requirements, and determine opportunities for digitization.
Design and implement SharePoint information structures to improve information organization, discoverability, and access control.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Apps applications for CAPDEV processes.
Design, develop, test, and maintain Power Automate workflows for approvals, routing, and data synchronization.
Develop integrated solutions combining SharePoint, Lists, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse where available.
Configure forms, business rules, validation, and workflow states to translate CAPDEV processes into digital workflows.
Integrate Microsoft 365 and Power Platform with data sources and enterprise applications using connectors and APIs.
Document configurations and provide knowledge transfer to CAPDEV personnel and sustainment teams.
Assist in assessing digitized workflows for processing time, data quality, and usability.
