Job summary
DEFTEC Corporation is seeking a Contractor Support to Microsoft 365 SharePoint & Power Platform Development/Administration. You will administer, configure, and develop SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions to digitize business processes, in collaboration with CAPDEV stakeholders, including in secure environments.
The role requires hands-on experience across SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate, with a focus on information architecture, data integration, and lifecycle
Qualifications
- Active NATO Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, Engineering, or 5 years of directly relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Recent end-to-end hands-on Microsoft solution delivery showing configuration or development in 365/SharePoint/Power Platform within last 24 months
- SharePoint administration and information architecture including permissions, metadata, content types and site configuration with real-world examples within last 24 months
- Power Apps development with at least two personally developed apps used by a user group within last 24 months
- Power Automate development with workflows for approvals, notifications, routing and data synchronization within last 24 months
- Microsoft 365 solution integration using connectors and data sources
Responsibilities
- Support hands-on administration, configuration, development, and sustainment of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform solutions
- Gather requirements from process owners and stakeholders to digitize or automate workflows
- Administer, configure, and improve SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, metadata, views, permissions, and navigation
- Design information structures for better organization and controlled access
- Develop Power Apps applications to replace or reduce manual forms and data collection
- Develop Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, routing, and data sync
- Integrate SharePoint/Power Platform with data sources and enterprise services
- Document configurations, logic, dependencies, and procedures for sustainment and transition
- Provide knowledge transfer and user guidance to CAPDEV personnel or sustainment teams
- Advise on local vs enterprise-scale deployment in NATO 365 environments
- Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with enterprise service providers
