Job summary

Ironclad Defense Works in Norfolk, Virginia, is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 / SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to design, build, test, and deploy digitized CAPDEV workflows across NATO Microsoft environments.

You will administer SharePoint, configure sites and metadata, and develop Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, collaborating with process owners to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of directly relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
• Experience in two or more of: SharePoint admin/development, Power Apps, Power Automate, or Microsoft 365 digitization.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365/SharePoint/Power Platform development in past 24 months.
• Developed Microsoft solutions used by active user groups.
• Proven troubleshooting across SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, develop, and sustain Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to identify digitization opportunities.
• Design SharePoint structures: metadata, content types, permissions, navigation.
• Develop Power Apps supporting business processes; test and deploy.
• Create Power Automate workflows for approvals, routing, and notifications.
• Integrate MS solutions with enterprise data via connectors and APIs.
• Ensure solutions operate in secure, restricted environments and follow lifecycle practices.
• Document technical solutions, user guides, and sustainment materials.
• Support transition of solutions to enterprise deployment teams.
