Job summary

Reliance Matrix seeks a recognized senior technical expert to design and lead the most complex, high-risk technical work while staying hands-on. You will own technical direction across systems, review designs, mentor engineers, and influence roadmaps and priorities.

You will work with multiple domains, drive modernization, and help establish responsible-AI standards. Travel up to 10% may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of database programming; deep PL/SQL with complex SQL queries, stored procedures, packages, and triggers.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite architecture and enterprise integrations.
• Experience using .NET/C# is preferred.
• Familiarity with banking systems and financial integrations.
• Strong architecture, standards, and pattern development across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Designs and leads the most complex, high-risk technical initiatives, remaining hands-on in architecture and problem-solving.
• Owns technical direction for complex applications and drives significant design decisions.
• Mentors engineers and guides multiple teams; influences roadmaps and priorities.
• Reviews high-impact designs and ensures reliability, maintainability, and operational resilience.
• Partners with management to inform planning, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Advances modernization efforts and encourages responsible AI adoption.
