Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a full stack engineering team to design, develop and deliver end-to-end software solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding standards and best practices.
• Own sprint goals, performance evaluations, hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate across functions to align business needs with technology delivery and manage risk and dependencies.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve development speed and quality.
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
