Job summary

You will lead feasibility studies, planning, and execution, serving as the primary technical authority for the team and senior stakeholders. You will mentor developers, enforce standards and security practices, and Drive project success with a focus on Java, data analysis, and SQL optimization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• 8+ years leading software projects from start to finish.
• Strong command of Java for backend development.
• Excellent data analysis and SQL design/optimization skills.
• Experience in managing and delivering projects with consulting/PM techniques.
• Excellent communication with users, clients and tech groups on complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and execution for key application development projects.
• Act as SME for senior stakeholders translating business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Define and enforce development standards, processes and security best practices.
• Provide expert guidance on Java, data analysis and SQL optimization; mentor team of developers.
• Apply project management experience to plan, track, and deliver projects on time.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies.
