Job summary

Ridge Corporation is seeking a hands-on Safety Manager to shape the safety culture across multiple manufacturing locations. You will work with leadership and production teams to advance safety initiatives and drive measurable improvements in daily operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in EHS and 5+ years of experience, with strong OSHA and EPA knowledge. Expect a visible, fast-paced environment and a competitive salary with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• 5+ years of safety experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards.
• Experience with EPA permits, recordkeeping, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Hands-on approach in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety strategies across three manufacturing locations.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs.
• Ensure OSHA and EPA compliance, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Promote a proactive, behavior-based safety culture with leadership.
• Manage hazard communication programs and safety policies.
• Engage on the production floor to identify safety improvements.
• Oversee risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and return-to-work programs.
