Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor and works alongside the team during every rush. This hands-on operator sets the pace, drives throughput, and maintains brand standards in a high-volume, fast-casual environment.

The role emphasizes floor leadership, coaching, and managing operations while delivering excellent guest experiences and strong financial results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required for the right operator.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts (QSR, fast-casual).
• Track record of running shifts and working stations, not just supervising from the office.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team — make line, register, or drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead all restaurant operations to ensure quality, service, cleanliness and brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time, shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling and security procedures.
