Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who thrives on the floor, leading from the line during every rush. This role is built for a hands-on operator who drives speed, quality, and guest satisfaction with an emphasis on coaching and real-time decision making.

The GM will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage labor and costs, and ensure brand standards are met on every shift. This is a high-tempo, owner-style leadership role for a fast-casual concept.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience.
• Experience managing labor, food costs, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Personally work shifts alongside the team, including make line, register, and drive-thru during rushes.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Execute all company policies, procedures, systems, and operational initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Monitor and personally drive speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time, on the floor, shift by shift.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and restaurant security procedures.
