Ayvaz Pizza LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads from the floor, not from an office. You will be a player-coach, working alongside the team on line, at the register, and on the drive-thru during every rush to set the pace and deliver results.

You’ll own people, product, and profit within your four walls, standing with your team rather than behind a desk. You will drive excellence in hospitality, brand standards, and operational metrics, while coaching staff, building schedules,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven hands-on restaurant management experience in high-volume concepts.
• Experience running shifts and working stations, not just supervising.
• Demonstrated ability to manage labor, food costs, and operations metrics.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts on line, oven, register, or drive-thru during peak periods.
• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations—food quality, service, cleanliness, brand standards.
• Execute company policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards with zero compromises.
• Drive speed-of-service and customer satisfaction in real time, on the floor.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and security procedures.
