Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential construction experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Experience with estimating and project budgeting.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Massachusetts driver's license and state construction license.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2–5 residential construction projects simultaneously.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, quality, and execution.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, vendors, and internal team members.
• Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor progress and address issues proactively.
• Estimate project costs and assist with budgeting and planning.
• Participate in client sales meetings and develop new opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and craftsmanship standards.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Make decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain project documentation and use technology for PM.
