Job Details

We’re looking for an experienced Residential Project Manager to oversee multiple residential construction projects from planning through completion. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being involved in the details, working directly with clients, and leading projects to successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Manage 2–5 residential construction projects simultaneously.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, quality, and overall execution.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, vendors, and internal team members.
• Interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Monitor construction progress and proactively address issues as they arise.
• Estimate project costs and assist with budgeting and project planning.
• Participate in client sales meetings and help develop new project opportunities.
• Ensure projects meet company standards for quality, safety, and craftsmanship.
• Communicate clearly with clients and project stakeholders throughout the construction process.
• Make sound decisions and solve problems in a fast‑paced construction environment.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and use technology to support project management.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of residential construction experience, ideally in a Project Manager capacity.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and building practices.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and plans.
• Experience with estimating and project budgeting.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Comfortable working directly with clients.
• Sales or business‑development experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Basic proficiency with email, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with Procore is a plus, but not required.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license.
• Valid Massachusetts construction/building license as required for the role.
