Manpower, Inc. in Eagan, MN is seeking a Record Center Specialist to join our operations team. You will support day-to-day record processing, order fulfillment, and pallet handling in a hands-on environment.

The role requires lifting 10–100 lbs, reading English, operating hand trucks and pallet jacks, and using a barcode scanner. This 3-month contract-to-hire position offers steady weekday hours, with a potential for internal growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry boxes ranging from 10–100 lbs on a regular basis without assistance.
• HS Diploma/GED
• Comfort with frequent walking, standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling, and twisting throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely operate hand trucks and pallet jacks, including loading and moving equipment while maintaining safe footing.
• Ability to read and write English to follow labels, instructions, and order details.
• Ability to climb and balance on ladders as needed for tasks.

Responsabilités

• Process orders by moving and arranging storage boxes, bins, and totes containing files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials.
• Lift, carry, and transport boxes manually and using hand carts while working on uneven and concrete surfaces.
• Use a proprietary computer system to track orders and determine the location of boxes.
• Operate a hand-held scanner to support accurate order fulfillment.
• Load, shrink wrap, and move pallets and boxes onto trucks manually and with material handling aids.
