Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Record Center Specialist in Knoxville, TN to join the Operations team. You will process incoming and outgoing orders, move boxes containing files, and use a proprietary system plus hand-held scanners to track locations and fulfill requests.

This role requires lifting 10–100 lb boxes, walking on concrete, and following safety procedures. Pay is $16.43 per hour, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with a temp-to-perm path and benefits after the waiting period.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English to understand labels, instructions, and order documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing orders by moving and arranging boxes containing files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials.
• Lift, carry, and transport boxes ranging from 10–100 lbs on a regular basis without assistance.
• Use a proprietary computer system to track orders and determine the location of boxes.
• Operate hand-held scanners and follow label-based workflows to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Load and shrink wrap pallets at ground level or on carts, and load boxes onto pallets and pallets onto trucks using material handling aids.
