Job summary

Qualifications

• Be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate program and will be enrolled in Fall 2027.
• Majors include Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics or related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher (unofficial transcripts required).
• Must be able to commute to Plymouth, IN.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned projects from development through completion and final evaluation.
• Support Plant Engineering and Maintenance with additional projects and day‑to‑day initiatives as needed.
• Gain firsthand experience with the operations of a large‑scale manufacturing facility.
• Build an understanding of the roles, processes, equipment, and procedures that support efficient production.
• Develop practical knowledge of the racing tire manufacturing process.
• Contribute fresh ideas and identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall operations.
